Please note that the site at Burton Latimer is not directly comparable to the proposed Broadview energy site close to Helmdon as

1. The turbines are located close to the busy A14 dual carriageway and the A6 so comparing noise impact to that of a rural location is impossible.

2. The turbines are not generally visible from the village of Burton Latimer itself which will not be the case with Helmdon.

3. The turbines are only 80% of the height of the proposed turbines for the Spring ridge development.
