How to Object
Once Broadview's planning application has gone to South
Northamptonshire Council, everybody will have the opportunity to write a
letter of objection within a defined period of time. HSGWAG will let you
know when to write an objection letter and also suggest what the
potential suitable reasons for objection might be.
We can advise wherever needed on how best to write your objection
letter but the more people who object the more likely our campaign is to
succeed.
This is an important point as not all reasons, no matter how important
to you will be considered as "material" or "reasoned". For example
objections which will not work include wind power's poor reliability &
contribution to the UK's electricity supply, loss of individual views and
the wind power subsidy system attracting developers to sites which are
the least windy in the UK.
There are however a range of material objections which HSGWAG are
currently working through in detail & where necessary are obtaining
external consultancy advice on to further strengthen our case.
Make sure you sign up for our newsletter so we can give you plenty of
advance notice when we need you to write an objection letter.
